Setup Guide
Our pop-up tents are designed to spring into shape in seconds — no poles, no fuss. Here's how to make the most of yours.
1. Pop it open
Slide the tent out of its carry bag on a clear, flat area. Loosen the strap and let go — the flexi-frame will pop the tent open by itself. Give it a moment to fully expand.
2. Shape and position
Gently push the walls outward so the base sits flat, and pull the doorway open. Keep the tent away from radiators, fireplaces and heavy foot traffic.
3. Make it safe and cosy
Add a rug or soft mat inside, then cushions, blankets or fairy lights. Battery-powered lights only — never place candles or mains-powered heaters inside a tent.
4. Fold it away
Hold the top with one hand and the base with the other. Twist inward to fold the frame into three overlapping loops, flatten into a disc and pop it back into the bag. There's a step-by-step video linked from every product page.
