Care Instructions
A little care goes a long way. Follow these tips to keep your tent bright, sturdy and ready for years of play.
Spot cleaning
For everyday marks, dab with a soft cloth, warm water and a little mild soap. Rinse with a clean damp cloth and air dry.
Machine washing
The fabric cover (once removed from the frame) can be washed at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Use a non-bio detergent and skip fabric softener.
Drying & storage
Always air dry — never tumble dry or iron. Make sure the tent is fully dry before folding it away to prevent mildew.
Please avoid
Bleach, harsh solvents, prolonged direct sunlight and any open flames or heat sources near the tent.
Long-term storage
Store the folded tent in its carry bag in a cool, dry cupboard. Avoid attics or sheds where damp and extreme temperatures can weaken the flexi-frame over time.
Outdoor use
Our tents are designed for indoor play but happily double up in the garden on a dry day. Bring them inside if rain or strong winds are forecast, and always dry them off before folding.
